Pork from Large Black pigs and bacon - both dry and wet cured. Lamb and mutton from North Ronaldsay sheep as well as Welsh Speckled & Welsh Mule - Suffolk cross. All are naturally reared.

Sold by the whole lamb or half pig. Bacon and sausages by the pound or in ten pound packs. Usually orders are taken in advance and customers are informed when their meat is ready.

Also we provide a project management and consultancy service for media projects.
