Atholl Glens, in the Atholl region of Highland Perthshire, produce the highest quality organic beef and lamb. Atholl Glens operates as a co-operative, owned and managed by the farming producers, all of whom are based on Atholl Estates. Each farm is a family business, many of which have been in business for generations.
Our commitment to quality ensures that all meat is matured and hung in chilled storage for at least 3 weeks before being traditionally cut by skilled butchers.
Atholl Glens has organic accreditation from SOPA, and the products are Specially Selected Scotch Farm Assured. The land is also accredited under the Environmentally Sensitive Area Scheme.
