Traditionally reared rare breed pigs with outstanding flavour. Our pigs live outside most of the year in family groups and their happiness is reflected in their meat.
They are slaughtered and butchered at the nearest small through-put abbattoir and should you have any particular requirements, we can arrange to have the meat cut to suit. All our sausages are made on the farm and are gluten free, with natural casings and no preservatives.
We also run the South West's only snail farm and sell live snails, snail meats and prepared escargot. All our produce is blast frozen to ensure maximum freshness.
